What should be my first sentence of my first blog?
Nothing I think of is cool, smart, or interesting enough.
I want to be courageous and not listen to the voices in my head; WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE; NOBODY CARES; YOU ARE SO LAME.
I'm doing it.
I am going to record my rehabilitation journey.
First step, set up Blogger and publish the first entry ...
To be proud of! Good for you to just get started. There is no manual for courage and perseverance. It will support recovery and you'll come out strong. And in addition, it will reveal the people care for you
